End User License Agreement (EULA) for Duett

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Duett, Inc. ("Company" or "we" or "us"), governing your use of the Duett mobile application ("App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Sell, rent, lease, or distribute the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App.

3. Eligibility

Who is Duett for:

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. If you are under 18, you are strictly prohibited from using the App and must not access or use it in any way.
• To use this App, you must comply with the eligibility requirements detailed in our [Terms of Service] https://duett.social/terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. If you are under this age, you are strictly prohibited from using the App and must not access or use it in any way.

4. User Content

You may submit content, including profile information, messages, and images ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content in connection with the App.

5. Objectionable Content and Abusive Behavior

We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. You agree not to submit any User Content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
• Encouraging or promoting violence, illegal activities, or self-harm.
• Infringing on the rights of any third party, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

We reserve the right to monitor, edit, and remove any User Content that violates these terms. Users found to be engaging in abusive behavior or submitting objectionable content will be immediately banned from the App without notice.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. We may terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the App is free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

11. Changes to this Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Agreement on the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
